How does pricing work?

AIUTA offers flexible, scalable pricing models tailored to your business needs. Our structure typically includes a flat monthly service fee plus usage-based pricing, for example, per digitized SKU or per try-on session. This allows you to scale usage while keeping costs aligned with business value.

As your volume increases, the cost per unit decreases, making AIUTA even more efficient and cost-effective at scale. To provide a tailored quote, we typically need two key inputs:

Estimated catalog size (number of SKUs to digitize or produce)
Expected volume of visitors or customers interacting with the feature

How do you handle user data and privacy?

At AIUTA, data privacy and security are at the core of our infrastructure. We are fully compliant with global regulations, including GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California). Our systems implement end-to-end data encryption, undergo regular security audits, and include advanced threat monitoring to ensure your customers' data is always protected.

AIUTA acts as a data processor, meaning we may store data as part of providing our services—but ownership always remains with the retailer and the end user. Customers have full control over their data and can choose to store, delete, or manage it at any time in line with their rights.

We go beyond basic compliance by adopting practices aligned with the strictest global data protection standards, ensuring both legal coverage and technical safeguards for enterprise-grade security and consumer trust.

What product categories does AIUTA support for VTO?

AIUTA supports a wide range of clothing categories, including dresses, tops, trousers, skirts, outerwear, and more. Our core technology is optimized for apparel, delivering high-quality results across various silhouettes, fabrics, and fits.

We also support layering, allowing customers to try on multiple garments together in a single view, such as pairing a top with a jacket or layering a dress with outerwear. At this stage, accessories such as shoes and bags are not supported, though they are on our roadmap. Our current focus is delivering exceptional visual quality and performance for apparel across diverse body types and catalog sizes.
